After returning from your vacation, contact your Travelonly professional and provide them in writing with all the details of your experience. Client MUST document and submit all receipts and deficiencies made by the airline, resort, hotel, cruise line staff including names, titles, and suggested remedies.
We will work on your behalf to rectify the matter with the suppliers involved as quickly as possible.
